I get error o message when I am trying to activate the account on Geek squad site. Help with this please.

If you are having problems activating your Best Buy Subscription Software copy of Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security on the Geek Squad site, you must contact Geek Squad for this issue. You can call them 24 hours a day at 1800-GEEK-SQUAD
You can verify that your copy is a Best Buy subscription by looking at the back of the box, lower left corner. If there is a Best Buy Serial Number, it is a Best Buy subscription and so only Geek Squad can help with activation errors.
