I've got Pro PC Cleaner by Rainmaker on my computer and it doesn't want to "uninstall." How can I get it off?

You have what we call a PUA please try to remove it yourself see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 and if in the end you can't remove it please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you remove it free of charge with your paid subscription.
