my pc is running worse then ever!
Hey , I'm railtramp ; I'll keep this short because I've got to be at work soon ! I paid to have my computer cleaned up, &200.00 plus dollars ! Plus two days with no computer , Safeway Technologies , somewhere in bum screw ! Anyway they installed your product and my pc is much worse then before I'm no tech guy , I wish it was simpler ! How doI uninstall it safely ? With out making it even worse ?
What is wrong with your cheap product?
All it does when I try to install it is take me to Geek Sqaud and they want another $49.95 to buy it again. You web site does the same thing. I put in the code and all it does is wants more money. What a ripoff. I should have just throwed the money away. Thank you for nothing.

Webroot blocks all new web pages
Recently, it seems almost every new page I go to, Webroot pops up the "Webroot Blocked Navigation" screen with the following text: "Phishing threat: This site might try to trick you into disclosing your login, password or other sensitive information by disguising itself as another website you may trust." What gives? The pages I am accessing are normal every day shopping sites like Patagonia, Jansport, The-House.com and even Jeep.com. Do I need to find another AV program now? I'm not liking all the BS I have to go through. /r JimH
Computer Security At Risk Message
I have WebRoot antivirus but when I returned from lunch the following message was on the screen: 'Computer Security At Risk. Call Customer Support at 1-888-xxx-xxxx for assistance on how to remove the potential virus.' I had to shut completely down to move on. Why am I getting this? I don't think WebRoot is protecting my computer like it should and it is current. I did call the number. A "Tech" said they provide support for Microsoft although the Microsoft name is nowhere on the virus message I recieved. I opted not to accept any "assistance". Any thoughts?
insalled anti virus
I recently bought & installed this antivirus on 3 computers. I realize that one of them needs to be returned. Is there anyway to "switch it from one to the other (my new laptop that will replace the returned one} without buying a new disc or download?? Thanx for your time. Tom
Why do I still get popups telling me my computer is under attack?
I continue to get popups telling me to call a number because my computer is in danger of being hacked. I have called a couple of times to have this problem resolved and I'm good for just a few days and then it starts again. Should I be worried? Am I protected?
