My Outlook was interrupted with a message from Windows Network Defender saying my system is infected with critical spyware/malware. A browser lock is in place to prevent infection of your network and the network of others. I am to call 855 399 2087. Is this a scam?

I recently ran into a fake antivirus alert page online, and I was alerted that my computer could be seen on the home wifi network I was using. When I ran a scan, I found a few threats that I'm not sure about. Are sp.downloader, checktbexist, wrte.exe or spidentifier serious viruses? What do they do?

Whenever I try to login to webroot in my browser to supply passwords, I get told that my password is invalid. I follow the whole process to change the password and can login into the webroot site but when I try to activate the webroot password app in my browser I get told again that the password is invalid. I have tried this several times but get the same result each time.Is the password in the webroot password app different to that logging in to webroot.com?
I see posts indicating this problem has been solved. However, I have been a Webroot customer for many years, and I keep running into this problem of a Webroot application being unable to launch because this .dll file is supposedly "missing." Each time this happens I have used the suggested fix from Webroot. The problem with the fixes offered by Webroot is they haven't figured out a better way in all these years than uninstalling Webroot while my computer remains online during the entire process, thus leaving my computer vulnerable during the entire process. On a sidenote, when I try to get Webroot to see a problem I am having with their software, they usually try to trash-talk me on the phone, instead of just admitting there is a problem and moving to a higher level of resolution and customer satisfaction. To recap: this PhreshPhish problem has been going on for years, and it is NOT solved.
I just downloaded Webroot and it looked like it removed all my issues. But I logged on today and all this adware/malware is all over my copmuter. I ran the can again and Webroot said everything is clean! It looks like this stuff is called nicedeal. Anyone know how to cure this ailment???

Hi my beloved insomian, crazy geek guys and girls (Have girls here?). I dont have a thecnical cuestion only an opinion i am software tester from hispasoftware and social research as you know i am new on webroot and ok i am not habituated to the way if it works because i use another softwares who give too much pop ups: one for incoming conection, other for outcoming, other for trust app, other for not trust app, other for virus acces to hard drive, other for virus removal, other for virus can not access, other for say the product are update, other to say to buy the pro version and give a tshirt of the newyork yankees (Sarcasm). Webroot are very silencious, very passive, quietly, dont say me nothing, only it works well. I try diferent combos, and say names because to share my experience: Avast. Quihoo, Bitdefender, Bullguard, and one of my favorite ones lavasoft. I see a very slow down and i dont have a trash machine, I see a several conflicts, crashes, and i think somethings
