my programs crash more with this software than it did with VIPER
I am so tired my computer programs crash daily since installing this program!

That is rather odd indeed... WSA is very small and very stable, however once in a while an incompatibiity issue does happen.
It also might just be a problem with the WSA install itself. Would you be willing to try to do a clean install to rule this out?
If this does not help, you may want to submit a Trouble Ticket for Webroot Support to take a look and try to identify any incompatibility issues that may be present.

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
