Would you be able to give us some additional information about the circumstances of when this is happening; does it happen at or just after booting your system, or does it occur as and when you try you open the WSA main application or try to run a scan?
With a bit more information for context we may be able to determine the cause of the issue and thereafter provide you with guidance on resolving it.
