My 2nd computer just crashed and I had to reformat it. I had just installed Webroot but did not have
an account when this all happened. I can use webroot on 3 PC's. Once I re-install webroot on it when it is back up running will
it require another new key or can I use the same key that it originally had?

Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

You can use the same keycode to reinstall Webroot and set up your account. Here is the PC User Guide to set up your account

Here is the instructions if you need them

Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,
