Well in reality you don't need to as WSA's realtime shield is always on the lookout for Malious activity! But if you want to do a system scan just go here and set it up! http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C2_Scanning/CH2e_Defining_Custom_Scan.htm You can always Right Click on a Drive and Click Scan with Webroot from the Context Menu as well!
