Is your issue resolved? I noticed you haven't replied back. In this case, if Webroot was involved, that would be observable via logs, and it would be helpful for Support to take a look at those. Could you please open a support case if the issue persists?

Can we get some more info as to the OS that you are using and if it's 32bit or 64bit and if there are any other security software?
