SecureAnywhere stops sound in browsers

I’ve used SecureAnywhere for many years on my Win7 SP1 PC, shields & firewall are all turned on. Works fine, except for 1 thing: Sound in Firefox and Chrome doesn’t work. If I shut down protection, the sound works immediately, in YouTube for example. Why?

Sound in apps works fine - eg in Spotify’s app on my PC, the sound is fine, but if I go to Spotify in a browser instead, I get no sound unless I shut down SecureAnywhere.

Hello @Fishnose 

 

As far as i know Webroot is not supporting Win 7 anymore but you could ask them by Submitting a Support Ticket and they will let you know and if still supported they will help you.
