You've got to be joking, there seriously is no way to retrieve a quarantined file from an endpoint using the Console site? That is beyond ridiculous. From what I can tell based on community posts and what I am seeing on the endpoint the only options are "delete" or "restore". That is just plain ignorant. You don't want to delete a file that may be legitimate, and you don't want to restore a file that may, in fact, be a virus. What you do want to do is to be able to download the file and run it through Virus Total before you restore or delete it. From what I have found often Webroot is the only antivirus software identifying many files as viruses. Way too many false positives.
