software updates
software it says updates are available for my system, and have not been installed, and no way to install. How do I get them installed?

It is hard to answer that without you being a bit more specific, though I am going to take a guess as to what you mean.
IF by chance you are referring to the Webroot System Analyzer, AND you have WIndows 10 installed, then there is currently an issue in that Windows 10 has changed how Windows Upgrade works and is recorded. This is causing the System Analyzer to mis-read the data and think that no upgrades have been installed, even though Windows 10 is up to date.
Webroot is aware of the problem, and as far as I know is testing the fix for it now. We should see this fixed in the near future.
If that is NOT what you are referring to, please do explain with a little more detail and we will go from there!
