Subscription issue

I paid to continue my subscription for another year two days ago, but the program still says I only have 11 days left.  Why?

 

Support is a joke.  The only way to get it is to reenter a support ticket I created five years ago, which means nobody will probably read it.  Why?

 

Most technical support requests from other companies result in an immediate canned response that they will contact me shortly.  This doesn’t.  Why?

 

Every time i turn on the computer, Webroot wants to make a change to my hard drive.  Whether I let it or not, it asks again and again.  Why?

 

If Webroot has this much trouble doing business, how can I trust them anymore to catch viruses?  Long time user getting fed up.

Thanks!  With two other companies involved in Carbonite and Open Text, that explains why there is no “support” like there used to be.  Beware!

Well Carbonite acquired Webroot and soon after OpenText acquired Carbonite which includes Webroot so it’s all OpenText now.
