System Analyzer scan states "updates are available for your system & have not been installed"

After running System Analyzer, I received an orange screen with the message "updates are available for your system & have not been installed". I attempted to install updates but was informed that they were done automatically & I couldn’t manually update. After checking the community web, I was unable to find any reference to this plus any info on manual updates. No other recourse was found so I uninstalled Webroot & reinstalled it. I again ran System Analyzer & received the same message.

I’ve had Webroot for years & never had this happen. I just did a Windows update. Could this be the trouble? How do I rectify this issue? The orange-red screen with the oversized explanation point looks ominous. Hopefully, the aforementioned screen will be pasted below.

       HELP!!!!….Bonnie

Hello @clearl01

I wouldn’t be concerned as to what System Analyzer has to say and only with a grain of salt and I personally don’t use it and see here: https://community.webroot.com/got-an-idea-29/remove-system-analyzer-from-all-products-and-just-leave-it-as-a-standalone-downloadable-app-263631

And see all the issues from System Analyzer: https://community.webroot.com/search?q=System%20Analyzer

May I ask what Windows version are you using? Also you can check manually for Windows Updates and install Updates if there is anything for your system and assuming you have Windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/12373/windows-update-faq

Thanks,
