Threat removal
I downloaded a game webroot said it is a threat but it isn't. I cannot remove it so it will allow it help?

Sounds like you need to use the override to change the default behavior. There's a page in our User Guide on Blocking or Allow Files.
If that doesn't resolve the problem, our Team will need to whitelist the files for you on our end. Please reach out to them with the info below.
