Trouble registering to use the cloud after renewing subscription

Just renewed my subscription.  Old subscription # shows up in program, but new ending to the # is given in my e-mail receipt. In the site for setting up access to clouid it automatically puts in my old number but will not let me register,  It seems to think my acc't is someone else's,  I tried both the old & new number. Can't register to use cloud.
