Unable to login new install iPad air

I have tried several times to download my active webroot account to protect my new iPad air. After downloading,I tap the key icon, enter my login and password for my account and get a message that the login failed. When I check devices on my account, the mobile doesn't appear. Help!

Hello there, welcome to the Community!
 
First, don't worry about it not showing on the Account Console.  That is quite normal for iOS devices as Apple does not allow normal AV apps. What you are installing will be the SecureWeb Browser and if you have WSA-Complete the Backup&Sync app.
 
In order to use WSA apps on a mobile device  you do have to configure your user profile correctly.  Please try the following steps:
 
Log into the Account Console
Click your email address at the upper right corner
Select Manage Users
Click the edit icon at the far right side of the profile
Click the Access&Permissions tab
Make sure that you have set at least "Access" permissions to ALL of the settings.
Click Save
 
If you have not set Moble for "access" it will not allow you to log in.
