Execution History > Loading...

Is there a quick fix for Execution History > Loading... blank window.

Last time, about a month ago.  I was able to fix blank window by clean Webroot install.
Any idea why blank window visits my Webroot.
WRData is only 10MBs.

Thanks

No
Avast uninstaller to clean up dross to satisfy CCleaner run Mar 21st.
Avast + Webroot never on-board at the same time.

WRData 6 MBs

WRLog 370 KBs shows Monitoring for items I consider safe.
e.g., numerous like this
Sun 2017-04-02 01:49:33.0876    Monitoring process C:UsersjmsDesktopCyberfoxPortable.exe [BF687F3E5FBD64435759FB7EB6B8B25C]. Type: 6 (3540)
Sun 2017-04-02 01:49:35.0905    Monitoring process C:UsersjmsDesktopCyberfoxPortableAppCyberfoxCyberfox.exe [6379315C5230F2AB3C1965AC6F2088E1]. Type: 2 (3528)
e.g., numerous like this
Wed 2017-03-29 21:37:43.0481    Monitoring process c:usersjmsdesktopzemana.exe [CEDF0CF82C7D29F49B220FB1C29642F5]. Type: 9 (2686)
(btw Zemana Portable Free on-demand second opinion scan is not real-time).

Sorry, do not see way to upload log.

Wonder if WRLog monitoring chatter is related to View History Loading.

Did you ever talk to support about this? I still say you either have a very slow system or some other Security software is affecting WSA in this case. So it's best to contact support because I have never seen this issue.

IIRC, Support offered that my Webroot configuration (at the time) creates a lot of chatter and over time that chatter may degrade Webroot &/or machine performance.

RE: I have never seen this issue.
Sure, I understand.
No biggy.
I'm just sharing my observations.
I'm not expecting Community to "fix" all my observations.
No worries.

Thanks
