Hi,
 
I downloaded this product - http://cdn.sharepointproducts.com/downloads/CopyMove2013_V3_13_0_1308.zip
and I ran it through Virus Total -
https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/1f36e8a616d0fc11df2d581457cd98814c4010871ab20247ad6010a36e7fee6c/detection
 
Webroot has identified W32.Malware.Heur.  Is this a false positive?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
 
The best thing to do would be to submit a support ticket to Webroot and have them check it. If it's a FP (likely) then they can whitelist the files and if it's malware then they can help with removal.

This is a False Positive from our VirusTotal Scanner, but the file is not detected by our Consumer or Business products. We'll get the detection fixed on the VT Scanner.
