I accidentally installed a virus, and webroot did detect it, but when I scanned it, it said it couldn't remove the virus automatically. I have no clue how to fix this.

Please submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support to sort this problem. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription. When sending a Support Ticket a Webroot Log is automatically sent to Webroot. They will look over your log and correct the problem if there is one.
