I just bought a new license and all my PC’s show as Disabled in my console (but also shows 2 protected) and none of the scan commands work. I only have 1 PC with webroot installed so far and I can’t add my PC’s to the console, when I hit Add it has me re-download the AV, then it just open’s the new AV I just installed tonight and does nothing further. How can this be fixed?
