Hi! I bought a webroot subscription card from best buy on August, and saw it wasn’t scanning anything lately so I decided to check on it. It’s not working and it turns out to fix the problem I have to uninstall and install the program again. The thing is, I lost my 20 digit keycode and I don’t think I created my webroot account because none of my emails are being recognized. Could someone help me retrieve my keycode? I have my purchase confirmation email for proof if needed.
