@MajorHavoc mentioned, it’s best to contact support to have them provide the direction to clear that up.
Thank you all for your responses which were right on track. I did not have to contact support with your assistance. In addiction to the actions suggested in the false positive article, I noticed that my account was now missing its keycode, which I inserted and applied. SecureAnywhere proceeded to scan anew - but I realized very quickly that it did not immediately identify any threats, as it perviously had.
