Webroot SecureAnywhere remains red after many days of multiple searches and requests to clear threats unsuccessfully. All started after an update to macOS Monterey 12.3.1  The threat listed is /Library/Apple/System/Library/CoreServices/XProtect.app/Contents/MacOS/XProtectRemediatorMRTv3  Threat Name Keylogger.Refog.1.r

Hi. The best thing to do it to reach out to customer service for help. They can go over the issue and discuss how to solve this issue for you.  https://websecureanywhere.com/contact/

Also take a look at this article, as this may be a false positive:

@ajdiehl

That’s a false positive and like @MajorHavoc mentioned, it’s best to contact support to have them provide the direction to clear that up.

Thank you all for your responses which were right on track.  I did not have to contact support with your assistance.  In addiction to the actions suggested in the false positive article, I noticed that my account was now missing its keycode, which I inserted and applied. SecureAnywhere proceeded to scan anew - but I realized very quickly that it did not immediately identify any threats, as it perviously had.

So, again thank you for your responses and  very helpful support.  Put a gold star on your chart!
