Hello @Hugo

That’s great and the best way to get it sorted!

Thanks,

If anyone is interested….

Webroot Support determined that those virus detections were false positives. They updated their detection data/algorithms so this won’t happen again.

I was very impressed with their responsiveness, especially given that it’s a weekend. I had assumed I wouldn’t hear from them until Monday.

Great job, Webroot Support!

Hello @Hugo  again great to hear and most times support via the ticket system is 24/7/365 but for a time because of COVID-19 it was just during the week and support via the ticket system it could be from any Webroot office around the world: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/about/contact-us#heading-offices

Cheers,
