They keep me from being too brain dead LOL. Some days I get annoyed and just play ETS2 or Torchlight or kerbel and I feel better and sharper.
But ETS2 helps me focus more since it requires you to pay attention to more and you gotta drive good. It's also theraputic becuase it's just you and the road.
