what do I have to do to be able to download a game that I want from the same company I have used be?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
WSA should not be preventing you from downloading software from legitimate sites. If you believe that WSA is blocking a download please make sure that what you are downloading is being downloaded from the software author's site or a 3rd party website that they have recommended. Sometimes the software, that is download from some 3rd party websites, has had other apss added to them, and if WSA is detecting one of those then it will look to blcok the whole download.
