After installing Webroot, a football game program began to run sluggishly. After some trial and error, I discovered that when I turned the Realtime shield off, the game program ran perfectly. So, I instructed Secure Anywhere to 'allow' the program to run, but this did not fix the problem.
Does anyone have advice on how to fix this problem?

This does not sound like something we can fix here on the Community. It would seem to be a software compatibility issue, or perhaps some files that need whitelisted. Either way, it would seem to be that the best route to take would be to have Webroot Support take a look at it by submitting a Trouble Ticket.
