I am new user who recently purchased a webroot internet security complete subscription. All the features of my security product seem to be working fine except that the 25GB online strorage is unavailable (0 GB Total Storage). This is despite the fact that I have correctly logged in with my account which has a valid subcription. Pliz assist.
