Dear Webroot,

What’s going on with your Technical Support? I sent a request three days ago because the Auto Renewal (which I paid for in September) did not work as promised!

I’m VERY disappointed.

I am really trying to not laugh

 

Not at your frustration or request for help, but because there is no technical support for this virus of a program that bricks computers. I have been asking for help and fighting this virus program for over 7 months. In that time I have weekly tried internet searches and videos and contacts with webroot. All I want is to delete it off my computer and as the ADMIN I cannot.

 

I do wish you luck in getting help, sincerely I do.
