Windows can not find 'C:UsersStephanieAppDataLocalrowser extensionsclient.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again, Then I have a black blank box, that has C;Windowssystem32cmd.exe, that pops up behind the error box, What could this error be, and how do I fix it?

As for the error of "Windows can not find 'C:UsersStephanieAppDataLocalrowser extensionsclient.exe'" . This article from Microsoft Community help page here
