Welcome to the Community Forums.
You should have been asked to set up a Security Code when you set up your online console account (here). If you have not yet done so then I would and for information on how to do that please see this KB Article.
If you have already done so but have forgotten your Security code then yo can reset it by going on to our online console and clicking on the Forgotten Password? link to the left of the Log in button. That will take yo to another page from which you can reset your security code and/or your password.
