After the 8.0.2.85 update, context menu options don't work in Windows 8

"Permanently erase with Webroot" and "Scan with Webroot" don't work from the context (right-click) menu.  The Webroot Service and the 2 instances of WRSA.exe are running and have not crashed.

After a system restart, I can sometimes click on one or the other and get Webroot to run a scan, but in that single case, *both* will trigger a scan and *neither* will delete the target object.  And once the scan is run, both context menu items remain inoperative until a lucky reboot enables a one-time scan again.

Thanks, TH! That's good to know. Sidebar: what's the best place to hang out for forum-based support? Here or Wilder's?

Hello Jeff,

Definitely here for WSA support as there are more Webroot employees and the Staff here are great! But for other security programs or discussions Wilders. But I do both! ;)
