Back up and sync

I can't log into Backup and sync, what am I doing wrong? I use the same info for webroot info but it

Would you look here at this Knowledge Base Article,
 
Log into your Account Console.  Once logged in, click on your email address at the upper right corner and select Manage Users on the drop down.
 
On the new screen that opens, review the settings for the account you are trying to use and make sure that Backup & Synch are set to Access.  If you have not given access to that profile, click on the little person icon at the far right of the line to edit the permissions.  Grant access to Backup & Synch and save the new settings.
 
Try logging in again.
