Hi. Can I back up my emails? thanks.

At this time, Webroot sync and backup features do not sync Outlook data files (.pst, .ost) directly.

However, it is possible to sync these file types by copying them to a location outside of the Outlook folders and then changing the extension from .PST or .OST to something different, .SS for example.

The file extension can be changed by right clicking on the file and choosing Rename. Information about viewing files extensions is available here.

Once the file is moved and the extension is changed, place the file in a location you have chosen for syncing and the file should sync. If you need to recover the file you can download it, change the file extension back to .PST or .OST and then open the file using Outlook.
