Can not access accounts sign-in passwords on Foxfire

I want to pay some bills but can't access my accounts passwords if using Foxfire or Chrome; Explorer is OK

You will probably have to do a couple of different steps in order to get Passwords working in both Chrome and Firefox.
First, download and run the toolbarfix.exe utility. This will hopefully get Passwords working in Chrome.
Firefox will be a bit more complicated as there is currently an issue between the Password Manager extension and FIrefox. While Webroot is working on a permanent solution, please refer to this KB Article for directions on a fix that will get Passwords up and running in Chrome.
