Cannot access PASSWORDS. I repeatedly get error message that page is not available & try in 5 min.

I am unable to add a second PC when I have 4 licenses available.  I am unable to add mobile device.  It keeps asking for Invitation Code that I have not received by email or text message.  Very frustrated

It sounds like you have downloaded the incorrect application.
 
The invitation code is only for the business version of mobile protection. You need to download the Security Complete application, as that is what your subscription is for.
