cannot delete password site

I can never delete a listed password site.Every time I hit delete on a site/delete button the password list section goes black
and stays that way. After a few minutes the only way I get that to stop is to click the password section button at the top of the screen. THis is all under "My account"/Password/then there it lists all your password sites et al. Hope this is clear.

Hello caa1, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum.:D
 
You could probably try a uninstall / reinstall. This fixes most problems with WSA.
 
Please follow the steps closely!
 
  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
Reboot once again
 
If that doesn't fix the problem then submit a Support Ticket ( See Below)

I get the dark screen that you talk about, but I also get a confirmation dialog box that appears. If you're not seeing this I'm wondering if it might be because of popup blocker?

Please have Webroot Support look into this. The trouble maybe on the back side of Webroot and the Professionals will sort this for you. Please submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support . Call Webroot early tomorrow morning.

Have you tried a different browser? If you still can't see the delete box with another browser, then I would fill out a support ticket, as PTD has suggested.
