error message while trying to set up my "Password Manager"

I'm trying to set up my "Password Manager" and I keep getting this message.  " An error has occurred during account creation. Please contact Webroot Customer Support. "   If anyone has an answer for me I'd appreciate your help because I would rather not have to contact customer support.  Thaks, G

Would you be able to provide a little more information as to exactly at what point of what process the failure occurred and if it was characteristed by any error message or something similar.

A little more information would provide some context on the issue and so help us to look to provide assistance.
