Having issues with one customer running Quick Books Pro 2016. They generate error PS077 (QB error) when attempting to update payroll portion of QB. I would rather not turn off the firewall. Any suggestions?

It sounds like our Team needs to whitelist the files in question so there no will be no need to mess with the Firewall.
