I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of this annoying virus or whatever it's referred to as, but scanning my system does no good.  HELP!!!!  I'm desperate.  It hijacks my browser whenever it feels like it, but not everytime and it isn't contained to just IE or Chrome, it's whatever browser I use.  Then it has these annoying pop up windows on every single page.  I'm in school online and I'm about ready to throw my laptop in the pool.  Short of reformatting my hard drive which I DO NOT want to do I'm not sure of the next step.  Any suggestions!!!!

The best thing to do is Submit a Support Ticket and support will look at your scan log and help you clean this infection!
