because every time I started the computer, it would ask me if I wanted to allow it to make changes to the computer. I think that means it had crashed.

In any case, I went to the webroot website and downloaded the installer. I did search for Webroot Secure Anywhere complete, made sure it was the webroot website and then downloaded.

But how do you know for sure which version you have? Is the installer the same for all versions and you keycode determines which version you have?

Thanks

Hello @Kev914,

Yes your keycode will provide which product you have installed. Look here for the most recent PC Webroot Release.

You can hoover over the Webroot icon in the system tray and it will tell you your version of Webroot.

Hope I answered your questions?
