Hi mydoodle2003

Welcome to the Communitgy Forums.

That is because you will need to first unzip or reflate the contents of the .ZIP fiel (the .zip format compresses the contents of any file that is included in it) and then you need to use the right application to view the unzipped contents.

If you do not have a ZIP file app installed you can unzip the contents using File Explorer. To do that righ click the .ZIP file and then select 'Open with', and for the list of options select 'File Explorer' or 'Windows Explorer' (depends on which version of Windows you are running). That should open Windows or File Explorer displaying the contents of the .ZIP, and you should have an 'Extract All' option in the Options displayed at the top of the File or Windows Explorer panel.

Click on that, select the location to which the contents should be uncompressed and click Open/OK.

Once the contents have been uncompressed/unzipped yo can then select the relevant file and open it using the appropriate app.

Hope that helps?

Regards, Baldrick
