I am using HRD Software LLC "Ham Radio Deluxe" which uses "alerter.exe". Webroot reports this as an infection.
How do I add an excepton in Webroot to ignore this.?

Thank you,

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

It's best to Submit a Support Ticket to get the file Whitelisted in the Cloud Database. For now you can set to Allow the file here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C5_Quarantine/CH5b_BlockingAllowingFiles.htm

Thanks,
