I was trying to change my keycode in my mobile but I can't find it. Do you guys know how to change keycode in smartphones?

It is not currently possible to change the key code of the installed mobile software. The reason for this is that your user profile, as managed in your Account Console, is tied to a specific key code: changing the key code requires changing the user profile as well. The mobile version needs to be uninstalled, and re-installed with the new key code.
Of course that new key code will not be associated with the user profile/login: that is still associated to an old key code. You may submit a Trouble Ticket for assistance in correcting this.
