How to I get Webroot secure everywhere to indicate that all the shields are up on my phone.
When I log in on line and check my mobile devices Webroot indicates that my phone shields are off and that the phone needs attention. However when I check my phone Webroot indicates that everything is ok. How do I get the phone and online security to sync?

Would you please restart your device to see if this will fix this? Otherwise follow these instructions to see if all Shields are on.
1- Open Webroot (Security (at bottom of screen)
2- Tap AntiVirus
3-Tap Shields and see if you have all items checked.
Also have you updated to the latest Android version 3.7.0.7261?
