I created a account and cannot active 2nd pc with the product key code given in the software
My mother has a account with Best Buy where we have 3 accounts on the program. BB installed webroot. I regeristered today with webroot . My mothers pc is the pc showed up becasue I had to use her keycode to activate account since she is the primary. Now I am trying to add my PC to the account given the Keycode in my software and it says already in use. it clearly states even in webroot I have options for up too three devices please help me add this PC. Also I tried to make a account with my keycode and cannot.
