I paid webroot renwal but shield and firewall is off and wont let me turn on.

I paid webroot renwal but shield and firewall is off and wont let me turn on. they told me it was on ...how can it be if it is on off?

When you renewed was it through Webroot or  another site? And did the renewal involve you receiving a new keycode or not? In terms of entring the keycode & trying to activate it did you do the following?
