Just to report that I noticed earlier that Softpedia is also showing 8.0.4.57 as available, but I checked the download and it supplies build .46 so that's ok.
I'm guessing these download sites must have picked it up from apparent availabiity on Malwaretips, perhaps.

Just as a sanity check I downloaded the file and looked at the version number and it shows 8.0.4.46, so the page must just have a typo.

Looks like a bunch of us reporting the page actually did something 🙂

The consumer is following shortly behind - I think that is going out tonight.

Agreed it's the Release download link and the Beta in which some of us are using is from different download channel.

Release is still at v8.0.4.46 and the Beta is at v8.0.4.57.

Also always look here for the current releases: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Release-Notes/bd-p/ReleaseNotesWSA#.UvqyUYXDt_c

That is indeed the Beta download, and possibly should be removed from here on the open Forum: as it is a Beta, it should be considered unstable and not able to be fully supported by Webroot Support.  Kind of a 'Use At Your Own Risk" situation 🙂

And now 8.0.4.57 is live - I guess they were only slightly early :)

Well I'm still on the Beta .57 so I just checked the download links and that seams to be the case.

Thanks Dermot,

Daniel ;)
Yeah, you're correct, and I checked the beta about 45 minutes ago and got .57 also, and no auto-update as yet. Maybe beta will update later, most probably.
Cheers buddy :D

And I see that in the Men's Curling it is Canada vs. Great Britain...I wonder who HM The Queen is rooting for?  One so does not like taking sides, does one. ;)

Woman's Curling Canada won that also Gold!! LOL And the Men won Gold! http://www.sochi2014.com/en/curling-men-s-gold-medal-game

I think that it was a forgone conclusion but not bad for Great Britain...1 Silver & 1 Bronze...I think that this will be our best Winter Olympics ever...and that is say something...but congrats to the Canadians...:D

The Canadians can thank the Dallas Stars captain for some of that! We go to quite a few of their games here...curling...I think I could become interested in that!:D

Let me check and find out.  From what I can tell poking around online the site seems legit.  Perhaps they just have a typo on the version number.

Hi Nic

I can confirm that as far as I know the site is legit as I have downloaded & bought software from them and never had an issue with what I have downloaded or when browsing.  And I have even upgraded an app, that I bought through them, via the manufacturer subsequantly...with no issues.

EDIT:  And I have to say that that is one hell of a good price for WSAC 5 seats...how do they do that? (rhetorical question BTW)
