Greetings all! As of this past Monday, WSA password manager has not been able to login to Microsoft sites. It was working fine, then the next time (same day) I tried to login to Microsoft, the screen began flashing uncontrollably. I can log in manually, however, just not with password manager. So far, Microsoft sites seem to be the only ones affected. I submitted a ticket and WSALogs and received a reply saying it was a known issue, but could not find an instance of the issue in the community. Is anyone else having this problem? Thank you!
Hi All Just sorted out my renewal for this year, and found that an auto renewal had been triggered for later renewals. I really feel that this should be an opt in option and not just have a blanket inclusion. Automatic renewal cannot take into account my paydate which in most cases is very unlikely to coincide with the date the payment is taken. This is particularly true of December renewals. I have opted out of it but I feel that being forced to opt out, when an opt in system would be simpler for the end user is not the best way to foster good consumer relations.
Syncing Folders with Other ComputersKnowledge Base
If you installed SecureAnywhere on multiple computers, you can create shared, synchronized folders between them. Whenever you update data in one of these shared folders (adding, editing, moving, or deleting files), SecureAnywhere automatically makes the same changes in your online account and to all shared folders. This automatic synchronization can be beneficial when you frequently use multiple computers and need access to the most recent files. Unless you disable synchronization on the Webroot Anywhere folder, it is always synchronized with all computers on the same SecureAnywhere account. The procedure below describes how to create additional synchronization folders. [b]Note: [/b]Be aware that when you make changes to a folder on one computer, the changes are propagated across the synchronized folders on all computers in the account. For example, if you delete a synchronized folder from one computer, it is removed from all the computers.
Webroot's Process control is still (After how many years now?) horrid with graphics handling, however high GPU use renders it completely unusable. Under normal situations, I expect that I should be able to select a running process that is being monitored and set it to allowed, especially if it's a patched game. However if the GPU is being pushed to 100%, the Process Control is incapable of displaying both more than one row every three seconds as well as more than five rows total, thus rendering it impossible to whitelist the game via that method. Further testing along this line came to several interesting results as well. Webroot catches pre-compiled cryptominers as malware, doesn't catch custom-compiled ones, but crashes all of them anyway even when they are manually whitelisted. Anyway, how can we best ensure that there is a bug recorded for high GPU use demolishing the Process Control?

So there are three web logins for Webroot? 1) The [url=https://my.webrootanywhere.com/default.asp]Webconsole[/url] login. 2) The [url=https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp]support [/url]login 3) The [url=https://weblogin.webroot.com/]Web Security[/url] login I am familiar with the first two and requires seperate accounts for them. Can anyone help ? Webroot support are unable to help ! I am trying to add a new user to my account on my web console to give them permissions to use the backup service - according to the user guide once a new user is added Webroot will send a confirmation email to the new user with a password but this didn't happen . Webroot support don't seem to understand the issue and cant solve the problem . Can anyone offer any advice ? Thanks Marc du Toit [ South Africa ]
I am running Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile Complete on a Samsung S6 and TAB S2 with a 4G sim. When I view the mobile security section of my console the phone number format is displayed differently for the two devices and I am wondering if anyone knows why please? I have tried editing the phone number of the TAB S2 in the console but I get an error message to enter a correct phone number. S6 +XX-XXX-XXX-XXX TAB S2 +X (XXX) XXX-XXXX
I'd like to have an option on the "PC Security" portal to list anything on the "about page" on the default page, like a spreadsheet, so that I can see the date that the "last scan" was performed, when the computer was "Last Infected", the "license duration", or the "security setting". It should be admin selectable, so that only the "about" information that you want is displayed. I currently manage 10 PCs/clients, and I have to click on each of the 10 to review information on the about page. It is a waste of time.

Password does not work for "Sync & Backup" section on console. Works to login to account on website, however. It worked initially, but after I reinstalled the software it fails to work, message says "username/passord invalid". I reset the password, and it still worked for the website login, but not the console. Please advise.
My Webroot SecureWhere allows me to have the software loaded on 3 PCs. I set up Password Manager on the first PC and it works great. I want to set it up on the second PC for my son and need to set up a different login since we both visit the same websites but have different logins (such as facebook). Is that possible or do we have to share the login?
I started and logged into RoboForm. I clicked on RoboForm Logins and then Print List (I did not see a Full URL Checkbox) I pressed the save button and saved the resulting HTML file to my hard drive I opened the saved file using Notepad I clicked on Select All I clicked on Copy I then went to the Webroot "Text Box". The cursor was blinking in the text box. but paste does not work.. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, Tom Grove
Recently installed the SecureAnywhere Compete on my Android phone and when I attempted to login with my credentials i received the following error " Your user credentials are not associated with this SecureAnywhere Complete keycode. Make sure you've created this user on [url=http://my.webrootanywhere.com]http://my.webrootanywhere.com[/url] and try again" inspite of the user credentials being created and associated with the keycode i still keep getting the same error message. Any assistance would be appreciated.
