Hey It all depends on if you are a business or home user and if you are using the business version and the Global Site Manager, you should have access to the support ticket system directly within your console where you can submit a ticket. Below are link to get you to the Home Support options: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/home-contact If you are business: Endpoint & Mobile Protection support Mon - Fri 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (MST) email@example.com Tel: (800) 870-8102 option 2 I believe is tech support. Hope this helps. Cheers John
How do I add sync folders?Knowledge Base
Question
How do I add sync folders in Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete?
Answer
Webroot configures one synchronization folder called the Anywhere folder already when it is installed. However, you can designate more folders for synchronization if you like. To add sync folders:

Open SecureAnywhere (see Using the SecureAnywhere interface).
Click the gear icon next to Backup & Sync, and click the Folders tab.
Browse to and select the folder you want to add and click OK.
Select the Sync radio button to indicate you want this folder to be synchronized.
Optionally, give the folder a new name that will be used
I'm upgrading my OS and it needs to reboot a few times before it can finish the install. I need to be able to shut down the webroot software PERMANENTLY until I turn it back on. Is there a way to do this without doing a total uninstall of the webroot software? I can shut down protection but after a reboot it's back up and running. I even went to the windows startup file and unchecked it and it still came back on??? Do I have to take it out in a field and shoot it to keep it off? I read a post from 1 1/2 years ago that says to uninstall webroot. Is that still the only fix? Thanks for the help!
I have gotten three alerts by Secure Anywhere that my look screen is in an unsafe state and all three times I've reset the lock. What can undo my lock screen? I did recently install an app lock but have not set it to lock my screen. Thankfully Webroot Secure Anywhere catches it, but it's troubling. Wearing my aluminum beany and waiting. Thanks.
I uploaded all the ppictures from my phone using backup and Sync but they do not seem to upload unless I have the Transfer File Status window open. Its been stuck on my phone for 3 days. Please help. My Phone locks after 5 mins an dthe tranfer pauses until I unlock. I guess it would help to say Android Galaxy s6 edge
I have webroot complete. I noticed when I looked at the latest Personal Secuity report they sent me that it says that it includes Mobeil security at no additional cost. So what does that mean exactly? When you add a mobile device, does that use up a seat? Or do mobile devices not count asgainst devices used? I have McAfee on my phone because Sam's Club gave me a two year subcription of the Pro version, but I sure wouldn't mind dumping it. They keep pushing out the free version to my phone. So now I have the Pro version with Ads. For the second time. And I already hated McAfee before all this.
Hi all... the Prodigal Idiot returns. It's not that I don't think about you; the world is going faster and I'm going slower. Never seems to be enough time to get everything started, let alone done. :-( Okay, so I was having issues with Safari this morning, so started my usual run-through to check my iMac. Got to Webroot and the "prep to scan" kept clocking up time. This has never happened before. So, forging ahead, I uninstalled Webroot thinking it needed a reboot. Downloaded a new program and it wouldn't accept my keycode to activate. The screen goes from green to red/orange and I was expecting sirens to go off. Started over....uninstall again, called help line. Got sent instructions for a download and install. Downloaded again, installed. Aha! Accepted the keycode that I had all along. Hit activate. Looked good....for about 2 seconds, then went red/orange and got an error screen....
Stopping File SynchronizationKnowledge Base
You can stop synchronizing the contents in a folder either by disabling it from the automatic synchronization process or removing the folder from the list. Note: Disabling folder synchronization or deleting it from the list does not delete it from your computer. To remove a folder from synchronization:

Open SecureAnywhere (see Using the SecureAnywhere interface).
Click the gear icon next to Backup & Sync, and click the Folders tab.
Locate the folder you want to disable or remove and either click the Enabled box or the Remove button. You can disable the Anywhere folder but cannot remove it. I just moved from Avast to WR Complete based on some reviews and ability to manage multiple devices from centralized interface which is why I purchased Avast years ago because of their WHS interface that really no longer exists. Anyway, I also have LastPass Preimium for myself and LastPass free for my wife. I use a shared family folder with my wife for the logons she uses and I keep them up for her. Some of the sites in my vault currently have multilevel security prompts configured like for pin codes or additional prompts a company might require ... particularly financial sites. I also use LastPass on my Android phone for various financial apps. I also have the extension installed on my PC to log into some applications on my PC like Quicken and investment tools. I would simply like some feedback on what people's experiences were moving from LastPass to WR Password Manager and whether it would be worth me dropping the LastPass Premium and migrating all my sites from LastPass. I'm t
Newbie Questions: 1) Does WSA Firewall track Internet and network connections and cranks up the heuristic detection level when it encounters suspicious activity for out and in-bound traffic..... 1a) Do WSA users need to tweak Windows Firewall... an opinion is welcome... 2) Comment/opinion re: Note: The SafeStart Sandbox is intended for testing malware, not legitimate programs. Will browser run okay in SafeStart Sandbox. Will SafeStart Sandbox run Sandboxie'd. 3) Does WSA have PUP criteria. 4) Does WSA scan compressed folder/files. 5) It's my understanding WSA does not employ traditional definitions/signatures. So, does WSA detect even known malware by behavior. Granted, known malware morphs faster than signatures can be written. So, are detections always/only by behavior. Once behavior is classified. Why not note a signature. 6) Curious, why don't I find Webroot at aggregate second opinion sites eg: VirusTotal, VirScan, Jotti.... &
I called my bank and they told me to contact my internet provider to have the remote access removed because this person can still access my computer whether it is on or not. My bank gave me a temporary password to reset my password after I got the remote access removed and then I would not be liable if something happened to my bank accounts. I call ATT and for only $15 a month they cover up to four computers including optimizing, removing remote access, virus check, printers, iphones, tuning up the computer and a lot more! I can call anytime. It took about one hour with ATT and they restored and fixed my registry, remove emptied files, removed one virus threat, and a lot more! I was surprised about the one virus! I now have a ATT toolbox on my destop at my disposal. The reason I say all of this is because if you are getting a lot of tickets on this then please let the people know that they need to do what I did for peace of mind. If ATT couldn't do it then I was going to have to ta
I started out on your first product Window Washer. It was great. Thats what led me to this, since Window Washer was not avilable. This product does not clean the way WW did. Also no manual update link for "Live Updates", I cant tell when there has been an update, not really any way to tell that I can find. At this poit, I have not seen anything that this product does better, than the cleaner product I have (Which cleans more), and The full Norton product I have (Norton Internet Security). Im not impressed at all. Unless there is something I missed, --- please let me know, otherwise I assume this was a waste, and you wont see me repeat renewing. Love the Window Washer, excellent product, shame you didnt keep it. Gerry Slobe (edited for privacy reasons)

I am not sure if I have complete or just the Anti-Virus program, here is my problem. I recently had to have tech support to get my installation of WR to work because it was telling my mine was expired when it wasn't. He did a fantastic job in s few short minutes, but I did have to wait almost an hour to get someone on the phone line, I was very happy and it is now on my machine, it was a machine that I had XP but put Win 7 on. What happens is every time I start my machine I get a box that asks if I want to run what looks like the installation box, but when I click run it just starts WR and it puts an icon in the tray. If I cancel WR does not start and I have to start it. Also, if I go to Start Programs and click on the WR in the list it brings up that same box. I will attach an image of it. It is another way to start it, but on this machine it does not run normallly on startup unless I take these steps. How do I get it to run
I run all of my browsers behind Sandboxie Sandbox version 4 on a 64bit Windows 8 (soon to be 8.1) system. I know that the malware detection of SecureAnywhere doesn't work in the sandboxed envrioment since I can visit infected pages and let the malware download and execute in the sandbox without a peep from SecureAnywhere (everything is set to MAX in SA heuristic wise). I am too chicken poop to test the malware without the sandbox so I am not 100% certain that it will be detected without the sandbox (I do send them all to webroot). So now the question is: After seeing the stellar MRG results for BankTrojans and prevent screen capture I was wondering if the screen capture prevention also works when the browsers are sandboxed? If not then what can be done/allowed within the sandbox to make things work? I love using my sandbox, I feel soo much safer with it on then without so I would love to combine the best of both worlds...Sandboxed browser and anti-screen capture of SA. &nb
